Daily Rate
- 3 day minimum, $350.00 per day plus cleaning fee and FL taxes.
- Security deposit of

- Cancellation processing fee of $100.00, other cancellation fees may apply, see cancellation policy.
- 5% processing fee for all credit cards
Cancellation Policy
- A $100.00 cancellation processing fee (and applicable taxes) applies to all cancellations.
- Cancellations made more 60 days will receive a full refund IF it gets rented again.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days will receive a 50% refund. If the unit gets rented after the cancellation, then a full refund will be made.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days will have no refund and will forfeit $400.00 deposit.
